My unique handmade designs are inspired by a love of vintage textiles & haberdashery. Here you will find small treasures including lavender filled pillows & sachets, tiny cushions, wedding & christening gifts, decorative accessories & one of a kind heirloom pieces; all featuring old world linens, faded florals, nostalgic monograms, timeworn ribbons, buttons, beads & jewels.
All of my hand~made textile items are finished to the highest standard I can achieve using both machine and hand~sewing ~ I always make an 'inner' lining for pillows where lavender and natural ingredients are used for fillings in order to protect the outer 'special' fabrics ~ the result being a more 'luxurious' and long lasting product. Every piece is also finished with a woven label on the reverse which reads 'Handmade in England' along with my name. I wrap all packages using creamy coloured crisp acid free tissue paper with pretty labels ~ and can include unique printed gift cards if requested ~ making them perfect to give as presents for special people and special occasions.
I now also have a special area in my 'studio' offering for sale vintage textiles and trims, fashion related ephemera and irresistable collectables for home and wardrobe.
